Description
Cume do Avia is dedicated to reviving indigenous grape varieties through organic farming practices. The Arraiano Tinto is a blend of local grapes sourced from vineyards with diverse soils, including granite, schist, and slate. Hand-harvested and fermented separately, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its fresh and fruity profile. It displays a light ruby color with mineral-driven red berry fruits, complemented by a touch of cherry skin sweetness, slight tannin grip, and a persistent mineral finish.
