Description
The Himmel Auf Erden Rosé is crafted from Blaufränkisch grapes grown in the highest and coolest parts of Christian Tschida’s vineyards in Burgenland. The chalky, limestone-rich soils impart distinct minerality to the wine. Grapes are harvested on multiple days to capture the full aromatic spectrum, then undergo direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation. The result is a delicate rosé with aromas of red berries and floral notes, vibrant acidity, and a refreshing finish, embodying the pure expression of its terroir.
